Primary responsibilities include designing, maintaining and decommissioning paths and segments via

Granite Database. Issuance of ASRs for Ethernet, OCX, DS3, DS1, Trunks and E911 circuits via Virtual

Front Office (VFO) system and manually submission of orders to Carriers. Building & assigning CFA,

assigning DACs & CIENNA equipment. Handling large special projects: e.g. CFA Roll, hot-cuts, and

disconnects. Assisting Billing with researching circuit information to validate inventory and charges.
